  3. subscription of various services provided by Present Senses and the administration in relation thereto; or
  4. receiving newsletter and other information about Present Senses and/or its partners in relation to consulting, training, coaching, aromatherapy, and other wellness related services (collectively the “Services”).

    1. All Personal Data is collected, used, disclosed and retained by Present Senses in accordance with all relevant laws, regulations and/or license requirements including but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “Ordinance”).

      2. To process your application for the relevant Services;
      3. To activate and/or renew the Services to which you may have subscribed;

If we intend to use your Personal Data in this regard, we would write to you to ask for your permission, provide further information on the kind of Personal Data that would be used and the class of marketing subjects in which your Personal Data would be used for.     Present Senses uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Services and we hold certain information.

      Present Senses has no control over any act of any third party, the privacy protection stated in this Privacy Policy does not apply to the information which has been disclosed to any third party incidental to or in the course of our operation or in providing our services. We assume no responsibilities on privacy protection against such third parties.

    1.     1. Under and in accordance with the terms of the Ordinance, you have the right at all times to:

      2. request Present Senses to correct any of your Personal Data that is inaccurate or no longer applicable (the “Data Correction Right”);
      3. request Present Senses to specify its policies and practices in relation to your Personal Data and be informed of the kind of personal data held by Present Senses (the “Right of Disclosure”); and
      4. request Present Senses to cease using your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.
    2. In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, Present Senses has the right to charge a reasonable fee for the processing of any data access or correction request and you will be advised in advance of the applicable fees, if any.
